3 Consecutive Years with Lenovo APAC!

Managing to retain the Lenovo AP Social Hub Account for the third consecutive year, SocialGrooves.com has yet another incredible achievement under our belt. The win this time round was due to our ability to adapt quickly to Lenovo’s expectations in changing focus from engagement to including a data-driven, digital-first approach as directed by the Lenovo global media strategy centre of excellence.
So, what does this mean for us?
Well, we will continue to provide support for all 12 of the APAC markets; respectively Australia & New Zealand, India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. The reappointment includes social media strategy, creative content and analytics. We will be utilising Sprinklr’s custom reporting function to continue tracking important data points beyond engagement in order to deliver business-driven value from AP to local markets and vice-versa.
